Lisa Ann Miles
Hi, I’m Lisa Miles, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.
I work with adults who are trying hard to keep up with life—but still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Many of my clients are dealing with ADHD, burnout, or depression, and are frustrated because nothing seems to be working the way it should.
My approach is different. I take time to understand how your brain works and what’s actually getting in your way—then we build a treatment plan that fits your real life.
This is not a rushed 10-minute visit. This is care that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping you function better day to day.
