You must fill out an appointment request before you schedule
(your appointment will only be valid if you have completed your intake with Psychotherapy Partners)
New Patients
Returning Patients: Your insurance information and balance must be up to date before scheduling your appointment. If you have an outstanding balance or your insurance is out of date your appointment could be subject to cancellation.
New patients: You will need a 60-minute time slot for an intake. Please book five business days to allow the business office time to process your information. To register as a new patient and schedule CLICK HERE
